Sandile Sokhela is a Principal, Founder and CEO at Crede. Prior to establishing Crede, Sandile was a Shareholder, Executive Director, Principal and an Investment Committee member at Inspired Evolution Investment Management. Inspired Evolution was the Manager of the USD$100MIL Evolution One Fund that attracted the funds raised from DFIs which included the likes of IDC, IFC, Norfund, SIFEM, GEEREF and the Afdb. Prior to joining Inspired Evolution, Sandile spent two years at Afena Capital as Head of Institutional Business responsible for growing assets under management. Over his two-year tenure as head of the Institutional Business, Afena raised over R10 billion in funds under management. Prior to joining Afena Capital, Sandile spent 8 years at Investec Asset Management where he worked on various roles.

Greg is an Associate at Crede. His responsibilities include deal screening, transaction analysis, structuring, financial modelling and project packaging. Prior to joining Crede, Greg was a manager at KPMG’s in the Deal Advisory – Infrastructure Finance division in Johannesburg. His primary focus has been Infrastructure and Financing advisory services, with a particular focus on power and utilities, port of entry redevelopment, water and sanitation, and mining in Sub-Saharan Africa. During this time his responsibilities at KPMG included financial modelling, project structuring, preparation of procurement documentation, financial analysis, business plan preparation and feasibility study development.

Maureen is an Administrator at Crede. As an Administrator at Crede, she manages the operations and administration responsibilities for the business. Prior to joining Crede, Maureen served as a policy and claims administrator at ESM Financial and Risk Solutions. She also worked as a claims administrator for Primary Asset Administrative Services. Maureen started her career in the corporate finance sector as Assistant Accountant at 3 Way Marketing.

Fatima is a Research Analyst at Crede. Prior to joining Crede, Fatima was a Trainee Analyst in the Corporate Finance team at Bravura Capital where she assisted on M&A and Capital Raise transactions for private and family owned enterprises. Fatima was responsible for performing industry, company, and transactional research, completing financial models, and assisting with project management of Corporate Finance transactions.

Mizamo is a Credit Analyst at Crede. His responsibilities include financial modelling, deal origination and credit analysis. He focuses on the Infrastructure Debt Fund and the SME Contract Finance Fund. Prior to joining, Mizamo was a Property Credit Analyst at Prescient Investment Management in Cape Town. His primary focus was credit analysis and rating of Real Estate Investment Trusts. With his team he built a robust credit rating and pricing model that can be used for entities across all sectors. He also has experience in trading fixed income instruments which include sovereign bonds, corporate bonds, bond futures and bond options.
